Color Code-Based Tools We'll Implement Together

Over a 6-month period, we’ll use input from cohort members to create trades-specific Color Code tools that can be implemented immediately.

Examples may include concepts like:
  • Sales Coaching Frameworks (overcoming tech sales reluctance to improve average ticket price)

  • Leadership Basics for New Managers (Practical tools for technicians promoted into people management roles)

  • Hiring and Interview Plays (deal-makers, deal-breakers, boosts, and blocks based on Color Code Strengths and Limitations)
  • Retention Score Cards - by Manager (spot patterns, improve leaders' communication & relationship skills, keep great people)

  • Done-For-You Training Plans (packaged videos and discussion questions managers can run themselves in minutes)

  • On-Boarding Tools (simple day-one introductions to Color Code and the importance of relationships to your culture)
Final deliverables will be shaped by the cohort’s priorities, so the goal is simple:
Gather group input on what will actually improve bottom-line results in THEIR companies and build those tools.

Pricing & Registration

How To Register

Participation in the Color Code Implementation Group for the Trades begins with a short phone conversation to confirm fit and alignment. Once approved, you’ll receive a registration invoice by email.

Program Investment

The Color Code Implementation Group for the Trades is a 6-month, small-group implementation program running from January - June 2026.

The total investment is $5,000, structured as follows:

  • $1,000 due at registration

  • $2,000 due February 21st, 2026

  • $2,000 due March 21st, 2026

Pay In Full Discount Option

Companies that prefer to pay in full may do so by December 31, 2025 and receive a 10% discount.

  • Pay In Full total: $4,500

  • (A savings of $500 off the standard $5,000 investment)
