Color Code Implementation Group for the Trades
A 6-month, cohort program for trades leaders who want to turn Color Code into practical, on-the-job tools that strengthen leadership, grow sales, and cut turnover.
Most established plumbing, HVAC, and electrical companies already have solid business systems...
but their people don’t always run them.
This cohort will implement NEW, trades-specific applications of the Color Code to help improve the people side of your business so "bosses" become leaders, turnover drops, and sales grow!
The world’s best trades companies already use Color Code… we’re just going to help them apply it in NEW ways designed to make their bottom line even stronger.
The way forward is easy

Next Steps
If you’d like to explore whether this group is a good fit for your organization, schedule a call below. We’ll review the program, timeline, and registration details together.
Our $50,000 Goal
This program is designed to help your organization generate at least $50,000 in measurable value (annually) through stronger leadership, improved sales performance, and reduced turnover.
That value may show up through:
-
Increased average ticket or close rates
-
Reduced technician turnover and related costs
-
Improved leadership effectiveness and team performance
Every company is different, but the goal is the same: meaningful impact on your bottom line.
Our Commitment to You
If, after fully participating in the program and implementing the tools we build together, you don’t see at least $50,000 in measurable value, we won’t walk away.
We’ll continue coaching you—at no additional cost—until you do.
This is not about rushing results or forcing outcomes. It’s about staying engaged, applying the work, and making sure the people side of your business actually produces the return it should.
What This Requires
This commitment assumes:
-
Active participation in the group
-
Implementation of the tools inside your organization
-
Willingness to involve leaders and managers in the process
When those conditions are met, we’re confident the results will follow—and we’re willing to stand behind that.
The Choice In Front Of You
What Happens If you Don't Join?
You’ll likely continue running strong business systems that your people don’t always follow.
Managers will keep guessing how to lead different personalities, turnover will remain a costly problem, and people issues will continue to hold back sales and growth.
What Happens When You Do?
Your leaders gain practical, on-the-job tools to lead more effectively.
Techs run the processes you’ve already built, good employees stay longer, and improvements in sales and performance begin to compound over time.
The Color Code Implementation Group for the Trades runs January 15 - June 25, 2026 and is limited to a small group of companies.
If this feels like the right next step, schedule a call to talk through the details.
